Improve safety, quality, and OEE.The Manufacturing Optimization Specialist, also known as Reliability Specialist, evaluates plant performance across equipment effectiveness, capacity, labour costs, productivity, and customer satisfaction. You will investigate performance losses, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions with production, maintenance, and cross-functional teams. The position supports sustainable reliability improvement through asset health, maintenance strategies, and process changes.Key Responsibilities:Analyze plant KPIs and identify manufacturing improvement opportunitiesMeasure processes, trend losses, and determine root causesImplement corrective actions, SOPs, training,
