Lead total production line operations at O-I’s Lapel plant, applying manufacturing leadership and continuous improvement across 24/7 shifts. Work on the plant floor with diverse teams.

As Line Leader, you will maximize production performance within established safety, quality, and cost parameters. You will align plant resources, coordinate functional disciplines, and strengthen team culture across the line. The work includes lean manufacturing, data analysis, audits, and process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage total production line operations across continuous shifts
- Align operators, mechanics, and process center resources
- Lead workshops producing measurable key performance improvements
- Deploy People, Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Productivity metrics




- Ensure safety policies, audits, and agreements are followed

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
- Two or more years supervising people and manufacturing processes
- Experience analyzing data and identifying operational trends
- Understanding of Flow Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and Kaizen events
- Knowledge of plant information systems, including SAP
