Procom seeks an ADMS and OT Project Manager to oversee small and medium IT/OT projects under the ADMS Program. The work includes Stage 3 hypercare and operational transition, plus Stage 4 planning and delivery. Success requires balancing technical implementation with business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver the ADMS Program through OT leadership
- Coordinate IT/OT planning, execution, and delivery
- Present project updates and risks to executives
- Manage post-cutover hypercare and operational transition
- Manage third-party vendor SOWs and authorizations

Requirements:

- Eight-plus years delivering OT, IT, and operational projects
- Experience with the ATCO Project Delivery Framework
- Solid planning, scheduling, and resource management skills
- Agile or Iterative Project Delivery experience
- Expertise with project plans, budgets, risks, and MS Project
