As an Intermediate Civil Engineer, you will support Ausenco’s Project Delivery team within its Minerals and Metals business line. The position covers civil and site utility design from concept through construction. You will guide engineers, coordinate disciplines, and deliver work meeting standards, budgets, and schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver civil earthworks engineering designs within required standards and timeframes
- Coordinate resources across Ausenco and sub-consultant offices
- Manage budgets and review civil capital cost estimates




- Prepare designs for grading, roads, utilities, and stormwater
- Lead teams, mentor engineers, and support performance

Requirements:

- Undergraduate degree in civil earthworks engineering
- Minimum five years of civil earthworks design experience
- Minimum three years in mining and industrial projects
- Proficiency in CAD and Civil 3D
- Qualified Engineer registration in British Columbia
