Timbercreek is seeking a Commercial Mortgage Funding Officer to execute CMHC insured multifamily and conventional commercial mortgage transactions across Canada. This hands-on role coordinates funding from commitment to closing, ensuring accuracy and full regulatory compliance.

You will work with Origination, Credit, Servicing, Finance, legal counsel, and CMHC partners, handling complex transactions while meeting tight timelines and AML/KYC requirements.
