Operational LeadershipLeading all venue and event operations across the organization’s facilities and entertainment properties.
Establishing operational standards, policies, and best practices.
Leading customer service initiatives and service quality standards.
Addressing operational challenges and implementing continuous improvement strategies.
Facility ManagementSupporting facility maintenance, capital improvements, and modernization initiatives.
Coordinating with facilities, security, and safety teams to ensure operational compliance.
Monitoring operational budgets and cost management initiatives.
Event ExecutionOverseeing operational planning for concerts, sporting events,



conventions, and community events.
Collaborating with production, security, food & beverage, and guest services teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven ability to manage teams and drive operational performance.
Strong financial and business acumen.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
