As a Customer Service Representative in the Edmonton Installation Services department, you will manage frontline communication and data-focused processes. The position involves service work orders, sales quotes, appointment scheduling, and order accuracy. You will also communicate updates, coordinate materials,



and support sales administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide courteous customer service by phone and in person
• Create service work orders and sales quotes
