We are looking for an individual who will be a great part of our dynamic team.Key Responsibilities:Support the implementation of high-quality early years learning programs based on the How Does Learning HappenProvide a warm, nurturing and caring environment for children to support their self esteemAbility to manage children's behavior through positive reinforcementMaintain an organized, welcoming, safe, and educational environmentSupport the teachers in the room with daily routinesCommunicate with staff and parents regarding child developmentQualifications:Minimum two years' experience working in a child care setting as an Assistant or RECEUp to date knowledge in CCEYA, How Does Learning Happen, and AQIStrong planning, time management, problem - solving, interpersonal and communication skillsDemonstrate solid knowledge in child development and self-regulationCurrent training in First Aid and CPRClear and Current Vulnerable Sector Check
