Support Fitness Centre users with excellent customer service as an Attendant for North Vancouver Recreation & Culture across NVRC facilities. Varying hours include days, evenings, and weekends.This auxiliary position provides customer support within NVRC's recreation services. You will greet customers, check fitness centre passes, answer questions, and explain facility policies, best practices, and programs. The position also requires calm responses to accidents and emergency situations.Key Responsibilities:Greet Fitness Centre customers warmly and professionallyConduct fitness centre pass checksRespond appropriately to accidents and emergency situationsAddress customer questions and concernsProvide facility, policy, practice, and program informationRequirements:Emergency First Aid certification or equivalentCPR Level A certificationPrevious public-facing experience is preferredFitness Centre experience is an assetAbility to work independently and collaborativelyBring reliable customer service, problem-solving, and emergency response skills to Fitness Centre users throughout NVRC locations.
