This hands-on leadership role will be responsible for designing and optimizing AWS-based solutions, advancing CI/CD practices, implementing Infrastructure as Code, and enabling secure, scalable, and resilient software delivery. The successful candidate will partner closely with engineering, security, and operations teams while mentoring DevOps practitioners and promoting a cloud-first, automation-driven culture.Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design and evolution of enterprise DevOps platforms, toolchains, and engineering standards.
- Architect, deploy, and support scalable AWS cloud solutions
- Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and automation frameworks.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automate deployments, and improve operational efficiency.
- Design and manage containerized environments using Docker and AWS container services.
- Support application modernization, cloud migration, and microservices adoption.
- Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability solutions.
- Drive reliability, performance, security, incident response, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to engineering teams.QualificationsRequired Experience
- 8+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Platform Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering.
- 3+ years in a technical leadership or lead engineering capacity.
- Experience designing and supporting large-scale AWS environments.




- Proven experience building enterprise CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks.
