David’s Bridal is seeking a Lead Alterations Specialist to oversee fittings, alterations, and quality control, upholding the brand’s high standards for bridal and special occasion garments. The role reports to the Store Manager and focuses on delivering exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will train staff, support stylists with gown fitting, and drive a 5-star customer experience through expert sewing, steaming, and personalization options.
