This OR RN prepares operating rooms, supports surgical teams, and protects patient safety throughout procedures. Responsibilities include circulating or scrubbing, monitoring patients, and documenting care. Collaboration with surgeons, anesthesiologists, surgical technicians, and nursing staff supports quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare operating rooms and necessary equipment before procedures
- Serve as circulating nurse or scrub nurse
- Maintain sterile fields and infection control standards
- Monitor patients before, during, and after surgery
- Handle specimens according to facility protocols

Requirements:

- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Current and valid Registered Nurse license
- Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support certifications
- One to two years of OR experience preferred
- Certified Nurse Operating Room certification preferred
