Vecima seeks a Payroll Compliance Analyst for Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, or Duluth, Georgia; remote work may be considered for this payroll-focused position.

This Payroll Analyst ensures complete payroll for Vecima’s US entity while supporting the Canadian entity. The work includes payroll tax compliance, workers compensation requests, audits, vacation accruals, and reporting. Candidates should bring three years of payroll experience, solid Excel knowledge, and ADP Workforce Now familiarity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate bi-weekly payroll for domestic employees
- Ensure correct 401k contribution processing
- Prepare periodic reports and supporting documentation
- Respond to workers compensation and general audit requests
- Manage vacation accruals and payroll tax compliance tasks

Requirements:

- At least three years of relevant payroll experience
- Working knowledge of ADP Workforce Now systems
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Organized, detail-oriented approach to payroll work
- Ulti Pro exposure is helpful
