This Early Childhood Educator plans and delivers developmentally appropriate programs while inspiring curiosity and exploration. The position collaborates with front-line employees, parents, caregivers, outside agencies, and community services to meet children's needs.

Level III educators mentor Level I and II educators while supporting new and casual staff.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan inclusive experiences across physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development
- Use Project Approach and Play and Exploration in programming
- Maintain required adult-to-child ratios and active supervision
- Document milestones,



learning projects, behaviors, and action plans
- Collaborate on children's care and program plans

Requirements:

- Early Childhood Education Level I, II, or III completion
- Current First Aid and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation training
- Ability to work with children of all ages and abilities
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and organizational skills
