As a Vehicle Inventory Associate, you will support Clutch’s Production team by ensuring detailed vehicle information meets quality and sales standards. The permanent full time schedule runs Monday through Thursday, 4:30 PM to 3:00 AM, with a stated shift premium. Your work includes CarFax information, specifications, recalls, and vehicle features.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and capture features within vehicles manually
- Determine vehicle trim levels from captured features
- Copy CarFax and specification data into inventory systems
- Complete vehicle uploads in a repetitive production environment




- Maintain accurate records for inventory and reporting

Requirements:

- Familiarity with Canadian-market brands and vehicle features
- Ability to operate manual and automatic vehicles
- High-volume data entry experience using Google Docs and Sheets
- Ability to multitask while maintaining quality and efficiency
- Professional communication, reliability, and strong work ethic
