Carewest - Innovative Health Care is seeking a Unit Clerk to support the clinical nursing team at Garrison Green. Responsibilities include MDS assessment scheduling, faxing medication orders, and handling patient admissions, transfers and discharges.

You will manage client charts, coordinate appointments and transportation, and prepare various administrative materials for review. The role requires robust customer service and meticulous attention to detail.
