We are looking for a Health and Safety Coordinator to support safe, compliant operations across worksites in Ontario.

This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can build solid relationships, guide employees and leaders on best practices, and help strengthen a culture of prevention.

The successful candidate will combine practical field experience with sound knowledge of safety legislation, inspections, investigations, and training delivery.

Responsibilities:
• Lead regular site reviews to identify hazards, recommend corrective actions, and promote consistent adherence to safety standards.
• Conduct incident and near-miss investigations, determine underlying causes, and help implement measures that reduce the likelihood of recurrence.
• Deliver safety orientations, toolbox talks,



and other training sessions that improve awareness and reinforce protected work practices.
• Monitor compliance with applicable legislation, industry requirements, and internal policies across multiple work locations.
• Support audit preparation and participate in certification or compliance reviews by maintaining accurate records and required documentation.
• Work closely with supervisors, workers, and other stakeholders to encourage accountability and strengthen day-to-day safety performance.
• Track outstanding safety items, follow up on corrective actions, and help prioritize activities based on operational risk.
• Travel between sites as needed to provide in office guidance, coaching, and hands-on safety support.
