Senior Ajera Bookkeeper Role

Linden Road is a boutique firm providing services in operational accounting, virtual assistance, marketing & communications and business development support in a remote setting We are looking to hire a forward-thinking, detail oriented,

motivated individual to fill the role of Senior Ajera Bookkeeper. This individual must be familiar with Deltek Ajera/Vision and will be responsible for maintaining the books for a select portfolio of clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Accounts Receivable Management

- Monthly review of hourly data and generation of draft billing
- Generation of monthly final billings for review
- Send out monthly invoicing to clients
- Weekly updates on Invoice payment Status
- Monthly Aged Receivables review
- Follow up with Project Managers on outstanding AR

Accounts Payable Management

- Vendor Invoice, Employee Expense and Visa Expense
- Aged Payable review and payment set up on an agreed schedule as needed
- Vendor statement reconciliation

Payroll

- Payroll administration including regular payroll processing,



group benefits administration, overtime, vacation and personal days tracking
- WSIB calculation and filing
- Issue ROE as required

Banking

- Monthly bank and credit card reconciliation

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

- 7-10 years of bookkeeping experience - required
- Understanding of the service industry - required
- Ajera/Vision experience - required
- Experience with accounting & payroll software (QuickBooks; WAVE; Ceridian;

ADP: other ERP systems) - required
- Skill in the use of Microsoft Office suite - required
