This Dining Hall Supervisor role oversees front-of-house activity within a busy campus dining destination. You will help deliver welcoming service to students, faculty, staff, and guests. The work includes coordinating with kitchen teams, supporting events, and maintaining food and workplace safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee front-of-house operations throughout assigned shifts
- Coordinate with kitchen teams during dining service
- Monitor food stations for stocking and presentation
- Support campus events and daily dining requirements
- Complete opening and closing duties as assigned

Requirements:

- Leadership experience in food service, hospitality, or retail
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- Demonstrated ability to motivate team members
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- Food Safety Certification is an asset
