Lead Kyndryl Consult engagements through CXO relationships, strategic change agendas, and complex business and IT transformations. This role spans multidisciplinary teams and senior stakeholders.
As a Consult Partner, you will guide complex consulting engagements across Kyndryl’s largest accounts. You will connect industry expertise, technology understanding, and commercial judgment to client priorities. The work includes transaction environments, post-deal planning, and execution support.

Requirements: Extensive CXO client engagement and relationship management experience
Ability to commercialize relationships with senior executives
Experience leading complex multidisciplinary consulting projects
Financial acumen across revenue growth and margin management
Understanding of industry trends and technology
