The work spans SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments, with responsibility for account acquisition and market share expansion. You will shape playbooks, metrics, talent frameworks, and digital sales enablement.
Key Responsibilities: Own Canadian inside sales execution and strategic roadmap
Drive revenue, margin, acquisition, and market share growth
Build outbound playbooks and targeted customer acquisition strategies




Coach managers through pipeline reviews and live calls
Align IT, vendors, marketing, field sales, and executives
Requirements: Senior leadership experience in inside or commercial sales
B2B technology, IT channel, MSP, Telecom, or adjacent experience
Experience managing sizeable, multi-channel sales organizations
Expertise in SLAs, workforce deployment, metrics, and P&L;
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualified experience
