As a Tax Managing Director within International Tax, you will advise corporate international clients on planning, research, compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and transfer pricing. You will manage technical quality, mentor professionals, support business development, and coordinate integrated service across RSM Canada. This senior role requires extensive public accounting experience and strong communication.
Key Responsibilities: Advise clients across the full International Tax services spectrum
Manage corporate international client needs for global tax services




Review complex tax returns and oversee technical quality
Mentor employees through coaching and timely performance feedback
Drive revenue, cross selling, and new tax practice clients
Requirements: BA or BS degree, preferably Accounting or related field
Active CPA or LLB/JD in positive standing
At least twelve years public accounting International Tax experience
Understanding of tax law, rules, accounting, and preparation
Experience with T1134, T2, T106, NR forms, FAPI, and Pillar Two
Bring International Tax leadership, technical expertise, and client development skills to RSM Canada’s global tax practice.
