The Vice President, Commercial and Product Management leads global commercial distribution strategy, commercial processes, and product line strategy. This executive role spans underground hard rock load and haul, drilling, and industrial minerals portfolios. You will align customer needs, product development, regional teams, and business priorities for profitable growth, market expansion, and lifecycle performance.
Key Responsibilities: Develop regional, channel, customer segment, and product distribution strategies
Set distributor performance standards, governance, dashboards, and commercial targets
Lead market share, competitor, positioning, and chance analyses




Present commercial recommendations to senior leadership
Build capability across commercial strategy and product management teams
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, commerce, marketing, or related discipline
Minimum 15 years of progressive leadership experience
Global OEM, mining, heavy equipment, or industrial manufacturing experience preferred
Experience leading multi-region commercial or product portfolio strategies
Executive communication, financial acumen, and cross-functional leadership capabilities
Lead global commercial direction, distribution growth, and underground mining product strategy through market insight and disciplined execution.
