We're looking for an experienced accounting professional to own our accounts payable with precision and help modernize our workflows. You'll work closely with our Controller, Assistant Controller, and purchasing team, and you'll have a real voice in improving tools, controls, and processes.What You'll DoOwn the full AP cycle: invoice intake, coding, three-way matching, approvals, and payment runsEnsure payments are accurate, properly supported, on time, and optimized for early-pay discountsReconcile vendor statements, resolve discrepancies, and maintain solid vendor relationshipsPrepare bank and credit card reconciliations, including foreign currency transactionsMaintain GL accounts and support accruals and month-end closeIdentify and lead improvements such as AP automation, electronic approvals, EFT workflows,
