As a ServiceNow Architect, you will guide complex implementations, enhancements, integrations, and transformation initiatives. You will advise clients on platform strategy, scalability, security, and best practices. The work includes technical designs, data models, integration strategies, governance, and implementation approaches aligned with enterprise architecture.
Key Responsibilities: Lead architecture for complex ServiceNow implementations and transformation initiatives
Translate business requirements into scalable solution architectures
Define governance, standards, patterns, and development practices
Design integrations using APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server,



and web services
Mentor developers, consultants, and distributed delivery resources
Requirements: Six-plus years working with the ServiceNow platform
Experience designing and implementing enterprise ServiceNow solutions
Solid architecture, configuration, development, security, and integration knowledge
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification
Experience leading workshops, design reviews, and client discussions
