Capco seeks a Senior Java Developer with 8+ years of Java experience for a major technology modernization initiative. You will work with Java 6/8, JBoss, Struts, JDK 17, Spring Boot, OpenShift, Kubernetes, and AWS. The role spans design, development, testing, deployment, and production release across Agile delivery.
Key Responsibilities: Refactor legacy Java applications toward JDK 17 and Spring Boot
Design and enhance Java back-end services and TypeScript components
Containerize applications with Docker, OpenShift, and Kubernetes




Integrate enterprise authentication and SSO using Okta and Spring SAML
Deliver technical design through CI/CD, deployment, and release
Requirements: 8+ years of Java development and extensive back-end expertise
Experience with Java 6/8, JBoss, Struts, and Spring Boot
Hands-on TypeScript, Docker, OpenShift, Kubernetes, AWS, and DevOps
Relational database experience with Oracle, MS SQL Server, and DB2
Agile delivery experience using Git, Jenkins, and JIRA
