As Senior Director, you will lead a global team within McCain’s Revenue Growth Management Centre of Excellence. Translate value pools into business cases, embed RGM principles in planning and governance, and strengthen enterprise-wide commercial discipline. Collaborate across global functions and regional organizations without direct authority.
Key Responsibilities: Lead global RGM capability-building through coaching and practical training
Create playbooks, tools, and advanced analytics support
Identify and monitor revenue growth opportunities and value pools
Embed RGM into planning, S&OP;,



and innovation processes
Drive alignment across regions and global functions
Requirements: Master’s degree or MBA preferred
Minimum five years of leadership experience
Large-scale global transformation program management experience
Experience across Retail, Foodservice, and QSR channels
Experience partnering with IT and Digital teams
Lead McCain’s global commercial capability agenda through transformation leadership, stakeholder influence, and revenue growth management expertise.
