As Senior Engineering Manager, you will guide two teams while shaping technical direction, roadmaps, and delivery strategies. You will oversee infrastructure, developer tooling, CI/CD, observability, identity systems, and third-party integrations. The position reports directly to the CTO and includes hands-on architecture and coding when required.
Key Responsibilities: Lead Platform and Integrations engineering teams
Define technical visions, roadmaps, and delivery milestones
Contribute to architecture decisions, APIs, and scalability trade-offs
Write and review Java, Python, or Go code




Coach engineers through feedback, reviews, and development plans
Requirements: At least five years developing software individually
At least three years managing engineering teams
Experience managing approximately ten to fifteen people
Product ownership and stakeholder prioritization experience
DevOps, cloud, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and monitoring experience
Apply senior engineering leadership across platform reliability, integrations, delivery strategy, and hands-on software development.
