Map client objectives and outcomes during implementation planning
Partner with teams to meet delivery commitments
Improve implementation and service management processes




Support adoption and retention through customer relationships
Requirements: Three-plus years managing SaaS implementations or related delivery roles
Track record delivering high-quality complex project results
Robust understanding of SaaS platforms and system integrations
Considerable client-facing relationship management experience
Healthcare industry experience or knowledge
