You will support complex SaaS sales cycles as a Solutions Engineer. Partner with Account Executives, understand business goals, and translate technical requirements into customer value. Your work spans security discussions, proofs of concept, cloud environments, and API-based integrations across enterprise accounts.
Key Responsibilities: Partner with Account Executives on complex enterprise deal cycles
Lead discovery covering workflows, stakeholders, requirements, and success criteria
Create tailored customer environments and demonstrations
Plan technical proofs of concept with customers
Develop ROI analyses, business cases, and presentations
Requirements: Five-plus years in SaaS Sales or Solutions Engineering
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
Experience supporting technical enterprise sales cycles
Familiarity with GCP, AWS, or Azure
Proficiency in Python or Java
Bring consultative selling, cloud knowledge, technical communication, and integration skills to Glean’s remote Canadian team.
