This Store Manager position combines commercial accountability with operational leadership in a luxury setting. You will manage inventory processes, ordering, reporting, schedules, payroll administration, store appearance, and corporate directives. Success requires action orientation, results focus, and effective problem resolution.
Key Responsibilities: Use Retail Pro inventory management functions
Manage stock levels, model stocks, and physical inventories
Prepare monthly qualitative and quantitative business reports
Maintain schedules, coverage, holidays, absences, and timesheets
Maintain store appearance and visual merchandising standards
Requirements: Minimum seven to ten years’ store management experience
Luxury setting experience preferred
Computer literacy and ability to learn software packages
Action-oriented and results-driven approach
Ability to mediate and resolve issues
