Lead digital transformation projects through ERP implementation, change control, and risk management within the University’s strategic programme. Work across complex business change workstreams.
As Project Manager, you will provide expert management for the HR and Finance Transformation Programme. The programme includes multiple projects, a new Enterprise Resource Planning system, and revised HR and Finance service delivery models. You will coordinate technical and business change components.
Key Responsibilities: Manage work packages across one or possibly two workstreams
Plan projects and control approved changes
Manage risks and oversee project financials
Apply governance controls across technical and business change
Manage sponsors, system owners, partners,



and programme colleagues
Requirements: Project management experience in a technical, customer-focused environment
Strategic experience engaging specialists and decision-makers
Proven success initiating and leading change
Solid communication and influencing skills at all levels
IT project management qualification such as PRINCE2 or APMQ ideal
Apply project governance, stakeholder management, and change leadership to deliver sustainable value through HR and Finance transformation.
