This hybrid, full time engineering role places you inside portfolio businesses to build running systems and establish trust. You will act as the technical face of the company while delivering integrations, prompts, evaluations, and user interfaces. Startup experience and customer-facing software engineering experience are central to the role.
Key Responsibilities: Build trust with portfolio general managers
Set expectations as the company’s technical face
Land initial agentic loops on the core platform
Hand off stable systems to portfolio operations
Bring proven patterns back to headquarters
Requirements: Three to six years in full-stack or product engineering
Experience with TypeScript or Python, React, and SQL
Customer-facing delivery experience at a startup
Production LLM software with evaluations and outcome tracking
Operator instincts and executive presence
Combine customer-facing engineering, stakeholder trust, and production LLM delivery across the company’s vertical software portfolio.
