Key Responsibilities: Lead quarterly and annual consolidated financial statement preparation
Oversee MD&A;, disclosures, annual reports, and regulatory filings
Coordinate reviews with leadership, counsel, auditors, and stakeholders




Analyze variances and communicate business drivers to executives
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation processes
Requirements: 15+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience
Strong IFRS and consolidated financial statement knowledge
Public company or complex multi-entity organization experience
Canadian and U.S. regulatory reporting experience, including SEDAR+ and SEC EDGAR
SOX and internal controls over financial reporting expertise
Apply financial reporting, IFRS, consolidation, and executive leadership expertise to strengthen accurate, governed external reporting.
