This full-time Director, Learning and Development leads the organization’s learning function and employee growth. You will develop multi-year roadmaps, identify capability gaps, and guide learning initiatives supporting performance, leadership development, and career progression. The role partners across People and Culture, Operations, senior leadership, and subject matter experts.
Key Responsibilities: Develop learning strategies, roadmaps, and capability frameworks
Identify gaps and lead organizational learning initiatives
Advance learning technology and artificial intelligence strategy
Oversee LMS and instructor-led, virtual,



and eLearning programs
Establish metrics and prioritize learning projects
Requirements: Post-secondary education or equivalent education and experience
Eight-plus years of progressive Learning and Development experience
Strategic learning planning and capability development experience
Knowledge of adult learning and instructional design
Solid business acumen, communication, and influencing skills
Lead MOVATI Athletic’s learning strategy through capability development, learning technology, and measurable employee growth across Toronto.
