Lead operational technology advisory work at CIMA+ across Ontario, applying systems integration and digital solutions expertise to critical infrastructure.
This senior consultant role supports clients whose technology connects physical operations, infrastructure, and mission-critical services. You will assess systems, shape strategies, and coordinate multidisciplinary expertise across operational and enterprise environments. Transit experience is strongly preferred, while defence, airports, energy, utilities, and critical infrastructure experience is relevant.
Key Responsibilities: Advise clients on operational technology planning and modernization
Assess systems, architectures, processes, risks, and improvement opportunities
Develop technology strategies, roadmaps, requirements, and solution concepts




Present recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Support architecture, technology selection, procurement, and implementation
Requirements: University degree in engineering, computer science, or related discipline
Approximately ten or more years of relevant skilled experience
Experience with complex, operational, or mission-critical systems
Direct client experience in consulting, advisory, engineering, or delivery
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Bring systems integration, cybersecurity, cloud, and operational technology expertise to CIMA+ clients throughout Ontario.
