As Senior CAD Coordinator, you provide immediate supervision and technical direction to CAD and Mechanical specialists. You will maintain team schedules, assign tasks, check work frequently, and improve procedures used by the CAD team. The position also supports proposals, product development, prototype activities, and coordination across functions.
Key Responsibilities: Provide immediate supervision and maintain CAD team schedules
Train, instruct, mentor, and guide technical specialists
Create, maintain, and update drawing standards
Develop improvements to CAD procedures and work approaches
Support design reviews, change management, and prototypes
Requirements: Minimum eight years of CAD experience
Minimum four years of supervisory experience
Two-year design, modeling, and drafting diploma
Knowledge of PLM and PDM system setup
Ability to obtain appropriate security clearance
Bring supervisory judgment, CAD expertise, and structured design coordination to strengthen specialist productivity and engineering change control.
