Support Plusgrade developers through DevOps automation, CI/CD pipelines, and operational tooling in Montreal. This permanent Platform Developer position focuses on practical infrastructure improvements.
You’ll help improve infrastructure and deployment workflows across Plusgrade engineering teams. Your work will span Docker, AWS, Terraform, Terragrunt, ArgoCD, Helm, and GitLab. You’ll collaborate with software developers, troubleshoot production systems, participate in on-call rotation, and use AI thoughtfully for exploration, testing, documentation, and delivery.
Key Responsibilities: Improve infrastructure and deployment workflows

Understand developer needs and deliver practical solutions
Requirements: At least three years in DevOps or related engineering
