You will guide policy and program development, implementation, and application. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Six years of experience required for entry
Three years' direct Employee or Labour Relations experience
Required Alternative Dispute Resolution certification
Microsoft Word and PowerPoint standard proficiency; Excel basic proficiency
