As a Communications Specialist, you will support McKinsey’s North American Reach and Engagement function. You will partner with senior leaders and colleagues across North America on external and internal communications, media relations, events, and executive communications. The work strengthens relationships with clients, alumni, and colleagues while building awareness of McKinsey’s expertise.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute integrated communications strategies
Create messaging aligned with audience needs and objectives
Manage complex projects from planning through execution




Coordinate stakeholders across Calgary, Toronto, and Montreal
Measure campaigns and recommend performance improvements
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education or experience
Five-plus years in business communications
Excellent English and French communication skills
Mastery of Microsoft Office and related tools
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage priorities
Apply communications strategy, stakeholder management, and performance analysis to advance McKinsey’s reputation and business priorities.
