This engineering position creates electrical schematics, panel layouts, cable tray layouts, and conduit lists for custom machinery. You will size drives and control devices, apply electrical safety designs, and coordinate with inspectors. The work also includes risk assessments, PSR, and engineering documentation.
Key Responsibilities: Design power and control circuits using AutoCAD Electrical
Prepare panel, cable tray, and conduit documentation
Select and size VFDs, cables, fuses, and transformers
Develop safety control designs and support risk assessments




Coordinate inspection requirements and electrical design changes
Requirements: Electrical engineering degree or technologist designation
At least three years’ appropriate electrical design experience
Knowledge of CEC and NEC electrical design codes
Experience with safety devices, PSR, and safety risk assessments
AutoCAD Electrical proficiency for schematics and layouts
