Sound CPA is adding an experienced Accounting Manager to support its expanding practice and client base. You will manage compilation, review, corporate tax, and personal tax engagements. The work combines file review, technical guidance, client advice, delegation, and practice improvement.
Key Responsibilities: Manage compilation, review, corporate tax, and personal tax engagements
Review files and financial statements while resolving technical issues
Advise business owners on tax planning and financial performance
Coach team members through feedback, guidance, and delegation
Manage budgets, deadlines,



workloads, and client relationships
Requirements: Canadian CPA designation and at least five years public accounting experience
Experience managing engagements and reviewing team members’ work
Solid knowledge of ASPE and Canadian taxation
Sound professional judgment and clear technical communication
Experience with Caseware, TaxCycle, QuickBooks Online, and Excel
