Pay: $50/hr (about $104,000/year)

Run day-to-day operations for an industrial services branch. You'll manage crews, equipment and dispatch so jobs are protected, on time and on budget, and grow strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations, dispatch and scheduling
- Lead supervisors, operators and labourers
- Make sure all work meets safety and environmental rules
- Track job costs, budgets and equipment use
- Plan fleet maintenance with the shop team
- Build and keep strong client relationships
- Hire, train and develop staff
- Review reports and find ways to improve how work gets done

Qualifications
- 5+ years of industrial, oilfield or environmental services experience
- 2+ years in a supervisor or management role
- Knowledge of vac, hydrovac, high pressure or waste hauling operations
- Experience with budgets, scheduling and dispatch
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Comfortable with computers and reporting tools
- Valid driver's licence
