Pay: $54/hr (about $113,000/year)

About the job

Lead field crews running vac trucks, hydrovacs, combo units, high pressure and chemical units. You'll keep jobs safe, on schedule and done right, and be the main contact for clients on site.

Responsibilities

- Lead and support field crews on daily jobs
- Make sure all safety rules and procedures are followed
- Plan crews, equipment and job schedules
- Do site checks, hazard assessments and toolbox talks
- Be the main in office contact for clients
- Review and sign off on daily paperwork and job tickets
- Train and coach new labourers and operators
- Report incidents and help fix problems quickly

Qualifications
- 3+ years of industrial or oilfield experience




- Experience with vac, hydrovac, combo, high pressure or chemical units
- 1+ year leading a crew or supervising
- Valid Class 5 licence (Class 1 or 3 is an asset)
- Current safety tickets (H2S Alive, First Aid, CSTS or similar) or willing to get them
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Willing to travel and work extended hours when needed
