Valard Construction seeks an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager for its Transmission group. You will lead complex utility construction projects while strengthening governance, financial performance, and client delivery. The work requires contract management, project controls, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities: Lead projects against scope, schedule, budget, safety, and quality expectations
Manage contracts and issue or administer subcontracts
Oversee forecasting, margins, cash flow, and financial performance
Govern risk, change management, and contract administration




Mentor Assistant Project Managers and Project Coordinators
Requirements: Post-secondary education in engineering, construction management, business, or related field
Ten years of utility or linear infrastructure construction experience
Experience managing large-scale, complex projects
Advanced contract management, project controls, and financial knowledge
PMP designation or equivalent
