Key Responsibilities: Evaluate, document, select, negotiate, and price assigned policies
Customize commercial insurance solutions for clients
Develop and maintain professional broker and customer relationships
Coach and mentor underwriting team members
Provide operational leadership and oversee change management
Requirements: 10+ years of underwriting experience
Minimum three years of leadership experience
Experience overseeing change management
Completed or pursuing CIP, FCIP, or RPLU designations
Strong attention to detail across underwriting work
