As Senior Project Manager, you will bring structure and clarity to complex client engagements while protecting outcomes, margin, and delivery control. You will lead onshore, offshore, client, and delivery contributors through ambiguity. The work spans plans, forecasts, baselines, change, governance, and commercial decisions.
Key Responsibilities: Establish ownership, priorities, communication cadence, and success criteria
Maintain detailed plans, forecasts, baselines, and financial performance
Identify scope movement and develop aligned Change Orders
Support project health reviews and executive decision management




Capture lessons learned and improve reusable delivery practices
Requirements: 10+ years of qualified services project management experience
Proven multi-platform, multi-workstream project leadership
Demonstrated project controls and variance analysis expertise
Experience delivering measurable outcomes in consulting environments
Bachelor’s degree or PMP certification preferred
Lead consulting delivery with financial discipline, cross-functional accountability, and project controls across Hitachi Solutions’ complex engagements.
