Build predictive subsurface models through 3D geological modeling, reservoir simulation, and integrated petrophysical analysis from a fully remote setting.
The Lead Reservoir Modeler will refine complex models supporting hydrocarbon recovery optimization and new exploration opportunities. This senior position requires at least eight years of upstream oil and gas modeling experience. Your expertise will connect sedimentology, stratigraphy, structural geology, simulation concepts, and diverse subsurface datasets.
Key Responsibilities: Construct and validate detailed 3D geological reservoir models
Prepare models and grids for dynamic simulation
Assess uncertainty and sensitivity across model parameters
Collaborate with geologists, geophysicists, and reservoir engineers

Contribute best practices for organizational subsurface modeling
Requirements: Master's degree or PhD in a related technical discipline
Eight years' minimum reservoir modeling and characterization experience
Extensive Petrel or RMS software experience
Solid sedimentology, stratigraphy, and structural geology understanding
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities
Use integrated subsurface datasets, simulation knowledge, and geological expertise to advance accurate reservoir characterization and exploration models.
