As Senior Supervisor, Engineering, you will shape Surface Capital, Engineering, and Inspections support for long-term site needs. Lead Project Managers, Engineers, and Inspection personnel while coordinating with Operations, Maintenance, Reliability, Planning, Procurement, and Warehousing. Your work connects capital planning, engineering governance, asset integrity, and technical decision-making.
Key Responsibilities: Lead, coach, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary technical personnel
Steward one-year and five-year capital plans and portfolios
Oversee mechanical, electrical, and structural engineering support
Maintain Management of Change and document control governance




Prioritize inspection deficiencies, risks, and integrity program actions
Requirements: Engineering degree and valid APEGS Qualified Engineer license
Ten years of progressive engineering or industrial experience
Experience leading technical professionals and developing effective teams
Understanding of capital management, governance, integrity, and safety
Experience managing budgets, forecasts, risks, and complex projects
Bring engineering leadership, capital portfolio management, and asset integrity expertise to Nutrien’s site operations and long-term performance.
