Lead five-axis precision machining applications through hands-on programming, process development, and customer-facing technical engagement. Occasional United States travel supports customer meetings.
This senior opportunity supports complex manufacturing projects and strengthens technical customer relationships. You will translate engineering designs into practical, reliable, cost-effective solutions using CNC programming, CAM, GD&T;, and DFM expertise. The work spans development through first-article inspection and production readiness.
Key Responsibilities: Review CAD models, drawings, specifications, and GD&T; requirements
Develop, simulate, verify, and optimize five-axis CAM programs
Plan setups, workholding, tooling, sequences, and cutting strategies
Troubleshoot distortion, vibration, access, finish,



and accuracy challenges
Guide customers through manufacturing reviews and recommendations
Requirements: Approximately 10 or more years’ precision CNC machining experience
Complex five-axis programming, setup, and prove-out experience
Strong engineering drawing, GD&T;, tolerance, and inspection knowledge
Robust CAM capability; Mastercam preferred
Fanuc or Heidenhain control experience and United States travel willingness
Apply five-axis machining, CAM programming, DFM, and customer communication expertise to complex precision manufacturing projects.
